Hello, my name is Olivine. I'm a priest of the God of Klein, and I enjoy helping others in my free time. I'm also a healer, so if you ever find yourself in need, please don't hesitate to seek me out for assistance or conversation or both.
I like to think myself quite easy to get along with, and I'm happy to make friends and acquaintances. I've been told I can be a little too optimistic sometimes, but I can't really help it. Ah, and I've been working on myself of late to become more self-confident, with the help of others around me.
For the moment, I'm just looking to make connections. If I can, I'd also like to find something to do with myself—I have experience with several creative endeavours.
I may not be able to offer much now, but I hope to become more helpful in the future. Please bear with me in the interim.
As I mentioned before, I'm a healer and a priest. I also know a fair bit of magic, at least how it works in my own world. On top of that, I enjoy painting and writing.
I have a penchant for trying new things, even when they may seem strange. I'm quite... resilient, when it comes to that.
Oh, I don't know. I like a lot of fantasy books, especially ones with intrigue and romance in them, as well as tomes and history books. I also quite enjoy church music, though... I suppose I just like music in general. Things that are pleasant to listen to and soothe the heart.
I haven't gotten a chance to experience much in the way of food, personally. I do love home-cooked meals and fresh breads, things that are flavourful and comforting.
Well... I think my ideal partner would be someone strong-willed, confident, and warm-hearted. Someone kind and understanding, who can accept me as I am.
Mm... and it wouldn't hurt if he was someone playful and a bit rough. I like it when I'm taken by surprise, in all senses of the word, by someone I trust. Of course... it's also best if they can handle a little playfulness in return.

Mm, it's definitely nice to have a place to go for it. Before, I would just go down to the church kitchens, so it wasn't so bad. [certainly not as bad as trekking it up all the steps and taking the elevator to rei's king suite.] But—if you really did want to make something for me, I would be flattered. When we figure out where I can go.
[maybe he will spring for a 9 or 10... though he knows from Zoro that 10s have their own issues getting around...]
no subject
[ he prods playfully at Olivine’s arm. ]
I’ll even volunteer to help you cart your stuff upstairs.
no subject
[honestly that's not entirely something he's unused to, but it is good to know. and he only knows about 9s from Ragna, who himself is a two, so... hm.]
I wouldn't mind a little help, but I think I can carry most of it too. The stuff here isn't as heavy as some of the baskets of melons I'm used to carrying around in the summers. [still lying under Sylvain as he is, he reaches to brush the taller man's hair back.] How long did it take them to move you, anyway?
no subject
[ Sylvain doesn't really know many people up that high, so this is the first time he's hearing this. Though he's seen some of the flurries around the face ranks a few times now - usually that was in the casino, though. he hadn't realized that continued... well. Everywhere. ]
Go wherever you're comfortable with, Olivine. I can try and chase people away if you need it. And considering I only really have a few sets of clothes, I managed it in one trip. [ he wasn't really someone who bothered with a lot of possessions. ]
no subject
[He squeezes Sylvain's hand appreciatively, laughing.]
Thank you... I think I'd be okay, it's just worth knowing it'll happen. And—I meant how long it was between you making the request and it being granted. [you nerd.] I'm glad it was painless though.
no subject
[ Technology continues to be beyond him. Completely. ]
no subject
[preventing him. Like Olivine couldn't get him to get up if he really wanted to... and more still, he just... likes laying this way. Connected, without any implication or expectation.]
no subject
Oh, was I doing that?
[ Yeah, he doesn't sound remorseful in the least. or that he's going to stop anytime soon. Not without considerable bribery, anyway. Yes, he's a terrible influence. ]
And sure we can. You wanna go take a look?
no subject
[Olivine laughs through the words, half tempted to just push his dumb starfish over. Too bad the bed is small and they'd probably fall off really. He's not giving him a reason not to though, reaching up to pull him into a soft kiss as he does.]
Of course I do. I think I've only seen a couple of the rooms on that floor now anyway. And... I'm glad you're getting something better for you.
no subject
[ Sylvain just grins at him impishly. But he lets himself be pulled into that kiss all the same. ]
Yeah, it’ll be nice to have a bed big enough for actual sex. Not to mention the rest of the room. We can go up and take a look, if you like? And we can also look at the other floors, if you want to figure out where to go?
no subject
[It's hardly even a scolding, really. Olivine likes Sylvain being selfish, feels like he can just... bury himself in that space with him and be safe.]
I'd definitely like to see it. I'm not sure if we'd get much of an idea of the rooms on the other floors from the halls, though... and I have some ideas where I want to end up. I think I'll at least move up three—from what I can tell, everything is sort of paired, so a six should be better than what we had, and if it's not exact I can just move again later.
no subject
[ he’d actually been close to be able to make the jump to King in one go, but he wasn’t sure he wanted to do that yet. Especially now what he’d learned the higher ranks had to endure with their “popularity”. He was going to have to look into that first.
He drops one more kiss on Olivine’s lips before pushing himself up and tugging the man up and out of bed. ]
Come on. Let’s go explore it, yeah?
no subject
[He could easily keep up with Sylvain even right now, after all. Not that he knows that really, but still.
Eyes closing as he leans into the kiss, there's a soft noise when he's being pulled out of bed.]
Ah—in a minute. I still need to put the sheets on... it will bother me otherwise. It'll just take a couple of minutes.
[His hands squeeze fondly as he stands, despite the fact that this is all Sylvain's fault and all. Then they let go so he can do just that. It's almost ritualistic, a clear comfort from long before here and now.]
no subject
[ It’s an urge he understands all too well, and he moves to the far end of the bed, intending to help if Olivine will let him. ]
no subject
[He even laughs as he says it, unfolding the fitted sheet and tossing the side to Sylvain. Not that it needs to go that far.]
I don't think I've had help making my bed since I was very young and still learning how.
[that remark is. Kind of depressing if you really think about it, but he sounds cheerful about it. He does have help now, and it's a nice feeling. Focus on that and not how early Olivine learned Responsibility...]
no subject
But he falls into the habit with ease, working with Olivine to get the task done more quickly, tucking in the sheets with an almost obsessive precision. Then again, maybe that’s not so surprising, considering how organized and spotless he kept his own rooms. Not that he had many things to make a mess of yet, but even still. ]
There. All good?
no subject
almost too soon, they're done, the gentle tandem of the work passed with iniquitous speed. a fond smile crosses his lips when looking at the bed, and he nods as he approaches Sylvain.]
Perfect, thank you. Shall we head out?
no subject
I can show you where my new quarters are and then we can go explore some of your other options if you want? Are you sure you'll be okay to go up there?
[ The last thing he wanted was to make Olivine uncomfortable. Or worse, sad. ]
no subject
[His concern is heartwarming, but it does make Olivine feel a little guilty. Honestly, it's better this way—the priest just isn't used to letting people in under the smiles and gentle nature.]
I'll be fine, Sylvain. I don't want to avoid it forever. He wouldn't want that either. [His hip bumps the redhead's gently.] plus, you and Basch will be up there. Seeing you is worth a little discomfort.
[you're important to me, he doesn't say.]
no subject
Have you and Basch been getting close? And yeah, you'll be really close, since he's now next door to me.
no subject
Did they also give you a comically large bed? [he can't help but laugh. Eiden's wasn't, so he doubts it, but... well, Basch sure got some weird luck.] Although I guess I'll see it soon enough, hehe.
no subject
[ his room had brought a whole new meaning to 'close quarters'. ]
no subject
That's true, you're a bit taller than me, and it was only really just large enough for my height. [their rooms were about the same size, at least, and Olivine hums softly.] I suppose I never really thought about it, since it's about the size of my room at the church, and our family home's bedrooms aren't that much larger.
no subject
Really? Man, you would have gotten lost in my home, then.
no subject
[thinking about it does make him wonder how Sylvain would react to their formal outfit, actually... given Eiden's reaction, he's almost curious enough to think about trying to request it. that's a terrible thing to think as a priest, probably.
he doesn't even notice how obvious it is that he's thinking of something probably inappropriate, and it's not even related to what he says next.]
In any case, I'm looking forward to seeing your room. It makes me happy that you're getting to have more comfort.
