Hello, my name is Olivine. I'm a priest of the God of Klein, and I enjoy helping others in my free time. I'm also a healer, so if you ever find yourself in need, please don't hesitate to seek me out for assistance or conversation or both.
I like to think myself quite easy to get along with, and I'm happy to make friends and acquaintances. I've been told I can be a little too optimistic sometimes, but I can't really help it. Ah, and I've been working on myself of late to become more self-confident, with the help of others around me.
For the moment, I'm just looking to make connections. If I can, I'd also like to find something to do with myself—I have experience with several creative endeavours.
I may not be able to offer much now, but I hope to become more helpful in the future. Please bear with me in the interim.
As I mentioned before, I'm a healer and a priest. I also know a fair bit of magic, at least how it works in my own world. On top of that, I enjoy painting and writing.
I have a penchant for trying new things, even when they may seem strange. I'm quite... resilient, when it comes to that.
Oh, I don't know. I like a lot of fantasy books, especially ones with intrigue and romance in them, as well as tomes and history books. I also quite enjoy church music, though... I suppose I just like music in general. Things that are pleasant to listen to and soothe the heart.
I haven't gotten a chance to experience much in the way of food, personally. I do love home-cooked meals and fresh breads, things that are flavourful and comforting.
Well... I think my ideal partner would be someone strong-willed, confident, and warm-hearted. Someone kind and understanding, who can accept me as I am.
Mm... and it wouldn't hurt if he was someone playful and a bit rough. I like it when I'm taken by surprise, in all senses of the word, by someone I trust. Of course... it's also best if they can handle a little playfulness in return.

And yes, it's pretty obvious. But he's not pushing just yet. ]
I'm certainly not minding the comfort upgrades. I'm glad you’re coming up here, too. I was planning on dragging you up here myself if you didn't do it on your own.
[ he’ll do it, too. ]

But no, I don't have any particular reasons for staying down there. I just... also didn't have any reason to move up, either. Now I do.
[he reaches to take Sylvain's hand, giving it a fond squeeze.]
If you want me to do anything, you really only need to ask, Sylvain.

[ They are, actually, and he’s pausing just outside the door to turn to the other man, lifting a hand to cup against his cheek as he gives him a crooked grin. ]
Maybe I wanted you to want it for yourself. [ Because Olivine doesn’t seem to do that as often as he should. ] Besides. We’ve been playing their game pretty thoroughly ever since we got here. We might as well take advantage of some of the rewards offered.

Still... something like a space really doesn't make much difference to me. I'd really rather spend time in someone else's room than stay alone in a larger space, generally. [he chuckles, placing his hand over Sylvain's.] But the additional amenities are worth it, in any case. I'll have more space to store things, if nothing else. And I'll still be close to you, I'm sure.
[that matters to him. immensely, evidently.]

[ Sylvain points this out with a teasing smile before dropping a kiss on the tip of the priest’s nose. Turning, he holds his watch up to the door to unlock it so he can lead Olivine into his new room.
It’s still just the standard furniture that came with the place, nothing personal in here yet because Sylvain is still getting settled in - and hadn’t had that many belongings to begin with. But it’s bright and spacious, a massive ‘window’ on the far wall showing snowcapped mountains surrounded by thick, lush forests. They enter into a sitting room, but there’s a separate bedroom beyond, the large bed visible from here. ]
It also happens to be a great place to invite people back to, you know.

[but Olivine is awful at actually inviting people to his room. he's invited Sylvain a few times, of course, but most of his experiences have been elsewhere. the fact that they were downstairs didn't really help.
anyway, what stopped him is the little kiss to the tip of his nose, which brings a broader smile to his lips and he shakes his head after. inside is—pretty, honestly. big, by his standards, and his gaze sweeps over all of it with something like awe. he really wasn't kidding about being used to small rooms (even if he's spent a lot of time in Rei's by now. it's different).]
That's true... I still feel awkward asking people most of the time. Only a few people I know, I'm fairly sure that they would even potentially want that, to be honest. And I'm usually not sure how to ask. There's still a lot I don't understand about people.

A good rule of thumb? Think about what you’d be receptive to. About what you’d be okay being asked, or wanting to do. And then turn that around in your offering to others. It’s not always a perfect method, but it’s a good place to start. Treat them how you would like to be treated. Don’t be surprised if others would be as happy to be invited back to spend time with you, as you would feel if they offered you the same invitation. And if that’s not the case, most people will be honest about that, too.

Isn't that just friendship in general...? Although, I think I get it, sort of. And I like to think I do most of that already... I suppose I'll just have to try more. [he reaches up to brush Sylvain's hair back, fingertips grazing over his cheeks.] ... for now, though... I think I'd actually just like to lay with you for a while. If that's alright. We can take a walk along the floors after, maybe.

We can do that. That sounds pretty perfect, actually.
